MAYADENT
Immediate Implant
It entails implant placement and tooth attachment to the implant during the extraction session. The immediate implant requires a lack of active infection in the tooth as well as an adequate volume of bone. Tooth extractions should be as painless as possible, and bone chips should be placed around the implant if necessary. There are three main implant loading protocols: immediate loading (within 48 hours), early loading (within three months), and conventional loading (between three and six months). Immediate loading can occur if a patient’s immediate implant placement results in an adequate grip on the bone.
